EXPERT LINE® Non adhesive non silicone
release agent for injection moulds
Expert Line non adhesive non silicone preparation is a multi purpose release agent which does not contain silicone oils. It is primarily designed for plastics processing. Since it is silicone-free it can be used for parts which require further surfacing. The product has protective properties. It does not leave residues. It exhibits excellent non adhesive properties. The product is clear, odourless and harmless.
Usage:
The agent is designed for protecting injection moulds and against corrosion. It can also be used as an anti-slip agent. The plastic surface can be subjected to further surfacing.

Based on non adhesive non silicone agents and organic solvents. A mixture of propane, butane and isobutane has been used as the propellant.
Storage and expiry date:
The product should be kept in a closed container in a well ventilated room at temperature of up to 35°C, away from direct sunlight and other sources of heat and ignition. Use within 3 years from the date of production. The date of production is indicated on the container.
